      Dishwasher purchased 12.16.20. Currently under warranty. Part melted and now dishwasher will not wash dishes. Called warranty request phone number last week. Used callback feature as wait time was over 20 minutes. Received a call back twice with no one on the line to actually answer the call. Called back today, was on the phone/hold for over an hour. Rep finally answered, asked what appliance I had a problem with (this had already been confirmed with the autobot). Told me he would transfer me to someone who could help. Once transferred, an autobot picked up again and said sorry, we're too busy to help you now. AND HUNG UP on me. There is no email, chat is not up, and the phone # is the only way given to enter a warranty request, yet there is not anyone actually there to help. I need someone to call me and set up the warranty appointment today. Serial # info attached.

      Bought Freezer a year ago 11/13/21. Stopped working July 2021, repairman came out 7/22/21. It worked for a few weeks.Repairman returned in August 2021, had to order part, repaired 9/2/21, worked for a few weeks, repairman came back out 9/29/21 had to order another part. Was told that a repairman would be back out 10/18/21, and that the part would be delivered to my home, part never came and repairman never showed. 10/26/21, contacted Frigidaire and part was reordered. As of this date, 11/27/21, part has not come and have not heard anything from Frigidaire.We have lost so much food and they have told us that they cannot replace the Freezer until 3 attempts to repair it have been made. We also bought an extended warranty.

      I purchased a dehumidifier with the model number of FGAC5044W1 and serial number of ********** on **/**/2021. It has not worked since I purchased the unit. Best Buy told me to work with Frigidaire since they are the manufacture and it is past their 15 day policy. I have been working with Frigidaire pertaining the replacement since 10/29/2021. As of today they said they would not replace the unit and I need to go back to Best Buy.

      I purchased a refrigerator from ************** in *******, **. on November 5, 2020 with just the manufacturer's warranty. I have had several issues with this refrigerator since then. Each time I had an issue, I called the manufacturer customer service at **************. I was told that a repair technician would be out to my home to fix the problem. The technician arrived and attempted to repair the problem but had to come back out again to repair it completely. In May the freezer and refrigerator parts stopped getting cold and would not freeze. I called the manufacturer customer service number again and requested someone come out and take a look to repair or replace the refrigerator. I was told that a repair technician would be out the next week but he never showed up. I called back and asked why didn't the repair technician show up and I was told that he canceled the appointment. I was not given a courtesy call to explain why or if it would be rescheduled. I kindly asked customer service to reschedule the appointment because my food had been spoiling and I needed to have the refrigerator repaired or replaced. She told me that the tech would be out within 4 to 5 days and should be able to repair or replace the refrigerator. I waited and again the technician never showed up. This has been going on for the past 6 months. In the mean time, my food has been spoiling and I have to throw it out. I continue calling the customer service representative with the manufacturer, but I get nowhere with them. This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. A technician still has not come out to my home and my refrigerator and freezer is still not working properly. And yes, my food continues to soil. Please help me with this situation. Thank you in advance.

      I purchased a brand-new refrigerator from Lowes on July 20,2021. In September the seals around my refrigerator door started to fall off which resulted in the refrigerator not closing shut (all of my food went bad). I contacted Lowes and was transferred to Frigidaire and set a repair appointment, it took 1 week and 2 days for a tech to come out (second time my food has went bad) and when the tech arrived, I was informed that he could not assist with my repair because he was from a different company. I called and scheduled a new appointment with fridaire they sent someone else out who came to view the fridge, he ordered the parts which took an additional 2 weeks (3rd time my food has went bad). Now the 3rd tech is here with the parts and just to discover he doesn't have all the parts he needs now he has to request new parts which are on back order which can take an additional 2 weeks. I called and requested to speak to a manager and begged to get assistance with replacing the refrigerator because my food continued to spoil and I have an infant child that needs specific items to be refrigerated, I was told I had to wait 5 days for a replacement request. I waited the 5 days and called back to check the status and was told that I needed to wait an additional 5 days for the approval request. I have cried to them multiple times begging for a replacement refrigerator because all of my food has gone bad on multiple occasions and I have an infant child in the home who needs food. My request was to have my refrigerator replaced instead of continuing to attempt to fix it, it has been 3 long months of the battle of fixing 1 refrigerator when it could have simply been replaced. This company has showed no empathy towards the situation and has offered no support in helping me, I was suggested to remove my food and take it to someone house who has a working refrigerator which I did and experience melted / spoiled foods. I am desperately asking for help with replacing fridge and food
