Per Section 2.2 of the BBB Code of Advertising, any time a price reduction is advertised the basis for the comparison must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed. Per Section 2.3 of the BBB Code of Advertising, when these comparisons are made they must be based on the provisions in Sections 3 - 7. During a 3/11/2021 call with the business they informed BBB that they would need to review the Ad Review items with their team.             I never had a problem with this company until recently. A package was lost containing an expensive (to me anyway) item. I ordered this item (showing in stock) on 10/20/2021 and still have not received it. The package was lost and a carrier claim has been initiated. Communication has been slow but I understand that they're back logged. I ordered from Optics Planet a couple of times with no problem. It's just frustrating when a really expensive item gets lost in the mail and they take forever to resolve the situation. I needed this item for a class. I don't think I can trust this company again.
