I purchased round trip tickets from ****** to ******** in July of 2021. Because of COVID related issues I was unable to take the trip and called Cheap Tickets to see what could be done. I was told that because it was related to COVID (that I couldn't take my trip), that I would be given airline vouchers to use within the next year. I was told that Cheap Tickets would take care of everything with the ****** Airlines portion of the trip. But that I had to take care of the ******** Airlines portion of the trip. I called ******** Airlines and was given a trip voucher. A few weeks later when I contacted Cheap Tickets to re-book my trip, I was told that there was no voucher from the ****** Airlines portion of the trip... because Cheap Tickets had never contacted ****** Airlines as I was told they would. I called Cheap Tickets on multiple occasions to try to get the problem resolved. The Untied portion of the trip was only $119.50 but that's not the point. I was told one day that they would research the issue and call me back. They NEVER called back. When I called them back I was basically blown off and they blamed ****** Airlines.After that I called again and asked that the issue be given to a supervisor. I was told by a supervisor that they would look into it. When I called back a couple of days later I was told that it was never given to a supervisor... it was never even requested. So when I talked to a "supervisor" who was I actually talking to?A couple days after that I called and requested that a supervisor go back and listen to the recordings, of my calls, to prove that I was told that Cheap Tickets would take care of the ****** portion of the ticket.... I never heard a thing. Time after time I was blown off and lied to by the Cheap Ticket agents. Because of this I tell everyone I can to NEVER use Cheap Tickets or any of its affiliates. I myself will never use them again.
