Cash app is a terrible place to trust with your money. Its been over 24 hours and they have yet to resolve my issue. Cash app failed my direct deposit and sent it back to the originator for no reason. **************** is joke because you have to literally wait for an email to get you issues resolved. I sent in my social security card to square and still no resolution. I will not continue to business with cash app because your money is not safe.Review from GW

I was scammed by a JB93 on cash app, I received a phone call from a local number stating my son had been pulled over they were the police here in my local town and that he had a Writ for his arrest, in order to keep from processing him into the system I could pay the writ off by cash app. I did the payments through ********* I have receipts and once I found out I had been scammed I selected the necessary cancelation, refund, scam buttons, as well as blocked the individual. But when I spoke to the cash app advocate by chat I was told they could not do anything for me as the transaction had been completed. I informed them I had been scammed and they sent me a message on how to know if you are being scammed but that I could not get my money back. A civil suite needs to be brought against this company if they allow money to be transferred back and forth some type of security liability insurance measures should be in place. All I want is my money back and some communication with a live person with Cash app! I would not use them if they were the last app on earth!!Review from Tiffany C.

Scammers. They offered an incentive stating if you input your banking account info and get direct deposits totally to $300 which I did. Once the total direct deposits were made from my corporate work place my job I was told the boost would be added for $100 I have been going back and forth with Cash App since 10/27/21 stating it cant be an IRS return or stimulus check. Ok its neither they can clearly see its from a corporate business a Fortune 500 company. They keep sending a response stating what I need to do. Ive done what was told in its entirety and still nothing. One rep even lied and stated there was a $50 boost I go you can see there has never been a boost added at all. Response again telling me how to do the deposit I sent multiple screenshots when there looking at my acct they see the same thing but keep giving me the same response/run around I feel like they gathered my banking info as a scam Bc they never added the $100 incentive after going back and forth for days. My friend that I work with did hers the same day and got her boost with no issues at hand. Why are they trying to scam meReview from Loreal J

Horrible I purchased a Lyft ride through cash app and they had a 4%off boost going on for Lyft rides but I didnt get my 4% back when I tried to talk to support a minute ago they told me I didnt give the boost enough time to cool down to use it again. I advised them me letting the boost cool down was not one of the requirements, the boost expires in 8 days I would have to spend a minimum of $1.50 and the boost can be used EVERY day the transaction thats in question was made on 2 separate days cash app stated theres nothing they can do thats false advertising Im deleting my account and going to zelleReview from Ebonae B.

If cashapp was BBB accredited maybe they would treat people better and handle disputes more sufficiently. Been over ten days and still have not received my money back from cashapp. I reach out every day and its the same c*** every day no update nothing. Keep telling me check email for updates and the never send an email update at all. Keep asking for my email address when its attached to my case number. They need to send me my money. I purchase something off of a sketchy website cash app will not help me refund my own money and I can't get in touch with emergent like they keep telling me to so now I'm just screwed out of my own money
