- Advertising Review:On January 25, 2019 and February 11, 2019, BBB contacted the business regarding the "Free 6 Week Challenge" advertisement located on the business' website and Facebook pages. The challenge being offered is not actually "free," but instead involves a cash deposit in which portions are refunded after the customer successfully completes the challenge. Advertisers must disclose any and all terms and conditions of "free" offers. BBB requested the conditions of the offer be disclosed to the consumer in the advertisement. The business' website also continuously states that the current date is the last date to sign up for this special offer. The date changes each day. Advertisers must honor time limit sales. BBB requested the business The business' website also shows photos of "alumni" of this challenge. BBB requested substantiation that these photos are legitimate endorsements of this program. As of February 26, 2019, the business has not responded to BBB.
