The business responded to BBB by stating the business is not associated with any government programs.  The Energy Efficiency Program being promoted is a system of products that entitles homeowners to rebates and incentives through either the federal government or local utilities.  The business states they have auditors on staff that are BPI certified

    BBB contacted the City of Baton Rouge April 14, 2014 regarding their Weatherization Project which is part of the State of Louisiana and a nationwide Energy Conversation Program. BBB has spoken to the Director of the Weatherization Program with the Office of Community Development, which has stated home audits provided through this project are conducted by City employees and do not currently contract with outside businesses.

BBB of Fort Worth and Tarrant County, Inc. was unable to find any licenses issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation stated Home Auditors are not required to be licensed in the State of Texas. BBB encourages you to check with the appropriate agency to be certain any requirements are currently being met.
