BBB has spoken to the Director of the Weatherization Program with the Office of Community Development, which has stated home audits provided through this project are conducted by City employees and do not currently contract with outside businesses.

BBB of Fort Worth and Tarrant County, Inc. was unable to find any licenses issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation stated Home Auditors are not required to be licensed in the State of Texas.
