          In December 2018, BBB received a spike in complaints and scam tracker reports from consumers alleging that they ordered and paid for merchandise advertised on Windrose Outfitters and never received the product. Furthermore, consumers allege that they were enticed by items listed on the website as free, just pay shipping and handling.

          BBB requested the company's voluntary cooperation in eliminating the identified pattern in consumer complaints and Scam Tracker reports.

          As of February 6, 2019, Windrose Outfitters has failed to respond to BBB's inquiries.
