- Additional Info:May 2017: This company has a pattern of complaints that allege: when consumers order online it automatically selects all products and if you don't deselect other items you will receive additional products and are billed for all products, others state when they try the "trial offer" they are then automatically signed up to receive monthly shipments and when they get through to customer service they keep trying to sell you product and will not give a full refund of product not open and not ordered, consumers are charged a re-stocking fee and 50% of item cost, even though they did not order product.
