- Additional Info:On May 18, 2017 in the Court of Common Pleas of Wood County Ohio, the Grand Jury indicted Mr. Robert Searfoss on 2 counts of Aggravated Theft, 4 counts of Money Laundering, 4 counts of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, 1 count of Grand Theft and 3 counts of Theft.
jury found him guilty November 29, 2017 of two counts of aggravated theft, four counts of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, four counts of money laundering, three counts of theft, and one count of grand theft.
Robert Searfoss, III was sentenced by Wood County Common Pleas Judge Alan Mayberry to 20 years in prison and ordered to pay $400,718 in restitution to the victim.
