- Additional Info:
Better Business Bureau investigated Ship Auto Now LLC because we identified a pattern of complaints from consumers. Our initial contact was on July 26, 2024, asking for the following: list of all locations both physical and remote, standard business questionnaire to be completed, number of employees, correct phone contact for business, and some other general questions. Furthermore, we requested answers to: scheduling delays, logistic failures, answers to refunds, and cancellation fees. As of August 30, 2024, Ship Auto Now LLC has not responded regarding the questions or complaints we have addressed. BBB has concerns about business' practices and urges consumers to use caution based on the lack of responsiveness from that business.
