- Additional Info:Better Business Bureau conducted an investigation into this business, with the initial contact on December 11, 2023 with the following questions: why are customers not receiving follow up emails after requesting a refund, what benefits are provided with resort memberships, why are collection agencies being hired to collect customer payments, and we have identified a pattern of complaints with BBB. As of January 31, 2024, Adventure Resorts of America has not responded regarding the questions we have addressed.
