- Additional Info:Better Business Bureau investigated Magz Retail, with the initial contact on June 28, 2023, asking the following questions: why are purchased products not being received by their customers, why are customers being told that their order is "on the way" or "in transit", and why are consumer complaints being ignored, unanswered, and not resolved. As of July 21, 2023, Magz Retail has not responded regarding the questions we have addressed. The email address and phone contact for Magz Retail are not currently operating. BBB has concerns about the business' practices and urges consumers to use caution based on the lack of responsiveness.
