              As I see from another post on this thread that someone else had the same experience as me... I believe this dealership is practicing in a bait and switch scam. My mother made an appointment a few weeks back to test drive two vehicles. Despite three confirmations of the appointment (once made a mere 45 minutes before), neither vehicle was available for the test drive when she arrived. I saw a vehicle online that I wanted to test drive and made an appointment with Jack to have my mother test drive another car. I explained my mother's prior experience with Jack and told him how upset she was. He assured me multiple times that would not happen again and personally guaranteed me he would call me beforehand if the vehicle would not be available for my appointment. I too confirmed the appointment two times before arriving. Since situations such as this I believe could be easily avoided and this business has not put procedures in place to avoid them, I believe their intent is intentional to lure customers in with a desirable car online only it not be available when you show up at the dealership. They then proceed to try to show you what is "available" as a bait and switch.
