I'm originally from New York City but have lived in Las Vegas since 2001 when my sister and I decided to relocate to be closer to our parents following 9/11. I was a probation officer for eight years and made the jump to Allstate’s claims department in 2002, shortly after we moved. In 2017, I decided to open my own agency, and the rest is history. My agency is in Henderson, which is where I live. Henderson prides itself on being family-oriented and grounded in traditional values. I love how supportive this community is and do my best to give back to it whenever I can. Throughout the year, I volunteer with the Community Cat Coalition of Clark County, a spay and neuter initiative for feral cats in the area. I'm also actively involved with Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Noah's Animal House, and frequently sponsor Pawtastic Friends, Hearts Alive Village, Desert Diva Dogs and Heaven Can Wait Animal Society, all of which are local rescues. If you can't tell, I'm a big animal lover and often brag that my agency is probably one of the few with multiple four-legged, full-time staff members! At home, my significant other, Ryan, and I, and our daughter, Alexis Rose, have a bit of a zoo. We share our home with a Chihuahua, a Rottweiler, one domestic short-hair cat, one Norwegian forest cat and three geckos (named Gordon, Stewart and Andy after the band The Police). On the weekends, when we're not attending one of my daughter's many sporting events, you'll find us watching football (go Jets!), volunteering or reading. My favorite part of being an Allstate representative is fostering a fun, positive, animal-friendly work environment. Working in claims, I was familiar with the unique challenges that Nevada and Las Vegas residents have with respect to claims experience and rating. I knew I could use my knowledge to serve Allstate customers better and help them prepare for the unexpected. At our agency, we truly care and take pride in the great service we provide to customers.
