Services:
Management reserves the right to determine manner and method of service refunds. Please contact management within 48 hours if you are unsatisfied. We will gladly address or adjust any hair or hair color service within 14 days of the original visit. Methods of satisfaction may include scheduling correction with another stylist in our salon, partial refund or full refund. Management reserves the right to refuse partial or full refund if negative posts/reviews/comments are made on social media prior to an opportunity to make corrections.Retail Products:
No refunds will be given for retail purchases.
We will exchange any hair or nail care product within 14 days of purchase - Packaging must contain 75% of original product.
We will exchange any makeup, brushes, and skincare product within 14 days of purchase - Packaging must me unopened, unused and in new condition.
Gift Cards:
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards may be transferred to another recipient or used for other commission staff services. Card must be presented for redemption.- Referral Assistance
