SprayChic ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR PRODUCT RETURNS. We do not refund back to original method of payment. Items can be returned within 10 days from date of purchase. Items must be in original condition in order to receive an exchange or store credit. Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached. All SALE items are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
For spray tanning services: If you are not satisfied with the result of your sunless session, you MUST contact us within 24 hours. This allows us to properly assess the situation and what we could do to remedy it. Please note that there are many variables that can affect the results of a spray tan and every client situation is different. WE REQUIRE PHOTOS WITHIN 48 HOURS TO ASSIST US WITH TROUBLESHOOTING. There are no guarantees with spray tanning due to variables out of our control. We must do our due diligence to ask certain questions to ensure that we can provide the best advice that may help you for future appointments as well. We want you to have the best experience and the best outcome and will do our part to provide the high quality spray tan you expect.
