              I ordered two recliners back in March and was told it would take a few months to make the chairs the way we wanted which was fine. We paid for everything in full and was told our chairs would come sometime in October and called them again at the beginning of November and said it would be any day and now almost the middle of December and still no chairs. Can't get no help from no one and they either give us our chairs or a refund, but you have definitely lost us as customers

              Dear BBB, Thank you for alerting us to the customers review. We regret to hear of the customers dissatisfaction. Currently all production is taking 5-9 months to be completed and all dates provided are estimates and not a guarantee as we do continue to experience delays with both suppliers and product manufacturing due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Difficulties in receiving the needed materials in a timely manner to complete production is causing delays on all orders. We are manufacturing products for our customers as quickly as possible while maintaining our known quality and proper social distancing guidelines.
