      If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible hotel booking company. Seriously a Garbage Company. I asked for a refund on 3 rooms I had to cancel due to Covid19 and closed borders so I was unable to travel into Germany. Three times I had to submit documentation showing my booking confirmation and banking statement showing payment, also constantly having to email after submitting said documentation requesting information on my claim. Finally a representative called me and said my claim was going through and the full refund would be going back into my account within 24 hours. Not even 15 minutes later her "Supervisor" called me and said due to the length of time since the booking was made and today, they weren't able to provide a refund. What "company" does that!?!?! Worst customer service ever.

      Dear **********, Thank you for choosing Booking.com. We are writing to you regarding you reservation at Hotel********, check-in date on June 13, 2020 and check-out on June 22, 2020. Please be reminded that Booking.com is a third party travel platform. Booking.com was not a trip provider for your reservation nor a charging party. Your reservation was canceled as you requested. We offered our assistance on June 3, 2020 and have not heard from you until November 16, 2021 (totally 17 months). Our services were absolutely free for you and we never charged you anything for your reservation. You may contact your bank for further assistance or Hotel******** directly. Kind regards.
