- Additional Info:On 4/3/2019 BBB contacted the web hosting company for blockonomitrade.com and informed them of the results of our investigation, including that the address given to the web hosting company was fake, and instead is home to a regional office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Agency. On 4/4/2019 BBB was notified that, in response to the BBB investigation, the website for blockonomitrade.com had been taken down.
Blockonomitrade.com claims to sell Bitcoin and other crypto-currency investments. The website claims to offer a guaranteed rate of return. BBB has warned of similar websites in the past https://conta.cc/2FrYKBO. Blockonomitrade.com also claims to be based in Alaska, MI, but provides an incomplete address. The website uses the logo of a company called Blockonomi, which is based in the United Kingdom and reports on the crypto-currency market. BBB has contacted blockonomitrade.com to address concerns and a recent customer complaint. As of 3/21/2019 BBB has not received a response.
