      Staples *** has a website for employers called "Staples Associate Connection" that keeps track of the employer's hours, wages etc. However you have to sign in to the site with an ID and password. I was forced to change my password because every quarter the company dictates it's employers to change their password. I tried to get ahold of someone at the associate connection because I cannot log in to my account, so the person got back to me and couldn't hear me at all. I called three times and no one could hear me on the other end of the line.I need you to investigate this faulty connection to the company's employment site.

      Staples apologizes for any inconvenience caused to the associate. We have forwarded all information to the appropriate team and someone will be in contact with ****************** to walk him through how to reset his password.
