On 04/12/2023, BBB contacted the business regarding their advertised products on their website. The business advertised a price comparison with slashed pricing without disclosing what the comparison is based on as required by BBB’s Code of Advertising.
On 4/17/2023 the business responded that the website was corrected, after review the COA was not address for every product with a price comparison issue. The price needs to be defined. Is it regular price, retail or our price?On 4/20/2023 the business stated the website host Shopify is not allowing these kinds of edits and tried to work with us regarding how to correct the issue.
On 4/21/20233 the business stated that then pricing on their website that was edited "Retail price $127.00 Final Sale". The BBB asked the business to address section 6 of BBB’s Code of Advertising seen here.
As of 5/4/2023 the business has not responded to our last request, and was contact again to allow time to address.
