              I was a good customer with 3 accounts open, All in good standing. No balance and never late. Was in the process of buying a house and not using my cards and they closed my largest account with a 10k limit and that caused my credit score to drop and the interest rate on my prospective mortgage to rise. I was fine with this but then I called on 12/2/2021 and spoke to **** in customer service and **** in account review it was as if they are robots. They said this is done automatically and cannot be reversed. Chase has a similar program but at least their company is smart enough to send out a courtesy notice to their customers before they just outright close their account. Shame on you Discover, I will be taking my business elsewhere after this incident. To bad I cant give 0 stars.
