Hace un mes fui contratado por este seor llamado *********************** para un trabajo de drywall y taiping, todo marchaba bien hasta que empez con excusas de enfermedad para no pagar los materiales y que comenzara a perder tiempo y desesperarme, dicindome que maana recibira mi pago el cual nunca recib una vez que procedi a revisar el trabajo, por obvias razones no estaba terminado por falta de material comenz a sacar fotos y a decirme que el trabajo no les gust a los dueos y que no estaba terminado por lo tanto no recibira mi pago, que buena jugada. Tengan cuidado con estas personas que solo explotan Mexicanos por que saben que nosotros tenemos muchas necesidades.

Im not sure how to respond to this false accusation. I hired this company after I saw some of the work online. He requested a deposit of 1/2 which was **** which I paid on the spot in cash at a *********** They mentioned about materials. When they needed more I had them call me from ********** so I could with my card pay except for 1 time. I also had to purchase tools for him that drywall contractors usually have. That gave me a red flag but I went ahead with it. I hired them November 6. The job was supposed to be finished in about a week maybe 2 and its almost been a month. Its unfortunate that I cannot post pictures because if I could anyone that saw them would think that a 5 year old had done the job. Its not finished and now I have to hire another drywall contractor to finish the mistakes that they have made. The tape is still showing through the mud, The mesh tape is showing in the ceilings, there are bubbles everywhere, the tape is already peeling off, I can go on and on. There were many excuses from this contractor such as their car broke down, they had an important meeting, many excuses For this contractor to say I was never there is a complete lie again. I explained to them that I was having my second surgery on my arm and I would be out and un able to Drive.They said no problem. I checked in with them every day. I answered the phone when they called every time. Saying that I could go out of town is really none of their business and why I did is non of their business. On a Saturday I explained to them that I would be back on Monday and would try to make it to the house to check out everything that Monday I went to the doctor to get my cast off and get X-rays They insisted that they wanted final payment on the Saturday. I explained I needed to see the final work and they would get paid. Luckily I did not pay because it is not finished and the work looks like it was done by a 5 year old. If I paid I would have never seen them again. The owner actually sent me pictures and said to me I am only taking pictures of all the bad areas!! Are there supposed to have bad areas? It should have been ready to paint!! Again if I could post pictures I would. The owner of the house is extremely unhappy. I have multiple jobs going on and was not able to drive for 2 weeks but would always keep track of everything including this contractor. I had no problems with any of my other subs in this period. I should not have to babysit someone that is supposedly in the drywall business. In closing many subs can come on here and write a bad review. Unfortunately BBB allows this before even checking with the party they are complaining about. The complaining company is not licensed, no insurance, they do not have a business name, they dont have their own tools and they do not even have a work truck. Someone needs to protect business owners from subcontractors posting false information. Unfortunately I cannot post a review of this person because they are not legit and dont even have a company name. Be aware of two people wife and husband that drive a silver ****** Camry and have no tools saying they do drywall. They do terrible work. Contractors, stay strong from subs that do shabby work and try to blame it on your company. This is a perfect example of a terrible company thats trying to play the victim when they do terrible work. They would have been paid in full and never came back if I sent the money without seeing the work. Always see the final product before sending any money.
