• No returnswill be accepted without authorization (all returns subject to Fox OutdoorProducts discretion).
• Allreturns must have an RA (Return Authorization) code.
• Defectivemerchandise must be returned, freight prepaid, within 10 days of receipt ofgoods. If the returned merchandise is soiled, worn, or bears markings,stickers, or tags not originally on the product, it will not be accepted forcredit.
• Defective items from 3rd party vendors must be returned directly to the manufactures.
•Photographs of the item, the defect, and the Fox sewn-in tag found inside themain compartment of our items must be sent to us sowe can determine how to best handle the situation.Fox Outdoor Products™ guarantees its products for a periodof 1 year from the original purchase date. This warranty only covers productfailure due to manufacturing or material defects. The warranty does not coverdamage caused by normal wear & tear, improper use, damage by weather ornatural climate conditions, and the national breakdown of the material orcolor.
The repairs or replacement of any product is at the solediscretion of Fox Outdoor Products™. Any and all claims require properdocumentation, i.e. original dated receipt, and can be made directly to anauthorized Fox Outdoor Products™ dealer.- Business Categories
