I went here for a lymphatic massage after I was told over the phone that they would accept my insurance, I made sure to disclose the type of insurance. I even asked about the out of pocket price since this was a new insurance and I had previous been to this location with a different insurance. I was told $70 is the total out of pocket. I arrived to my appointment I didn't receive a lymphatic massage, it was a deep tissue massage. Very painful and all of my problem areas were ignored. I was also told to see a doctor for an assessment that was not needed. I have a PCP for an assessment if that was needed and I informed them of no injuries and only a lymphatic massage was needed over the phone and in person. During my massage, my problem areas were ignored and fluid was not drained to proper areas. I tried to inform the management of the issues and asked for a different person for my next appointment. A few weeks later, I received a **** for $400+, I was over charged for a **** including therapies not done during my visit. I reached out to management ******* and she was beyond rude to me , hung up in my face and when I arrived to the facility to talk to the owner she called the police and said I threatened her (btw this did not happen , I recorded the entire communication, and the cops were notified of the video. Which is why the police did not complete a report or issue any form of no contact orders) Dr *** was contacted multiple times, ignored my emails, aware of the situation and did nothing but instructed the billing department to not discuss my **** or even attempt to explain how did my 40 min lymphatic massage turn into a $400 ****. I am a also CMLDT, so I am very aware of the prices for lymphatic massages. It is very sad to see this facility over charging for bills and adding additional services to a visit with serviced that that did not occur. This place is very unprofessional , rude, displayed fake prices to get customers(i have a picture of prices displayed) and committing billing fraud for services not provided.
