Was told by my Liberty Mutual claim specialist to bring my car to Gerber Collision &Glass in ******** on *********. I got there what was told to me to do with car come to find out I was only there for a estimate thats all because they dont have know more room for my car that what the General Manager said. But they can tow it to another ******** to be fixed. So me my daughter and the inspector went to look at the car we talked about the damages to the driver side and how they would fix them mean while the general manager comes out the side door on the phone saying she dont have that much damage its just the left front end of the car talking to the **** ******** where they were going to send my car. So we still there with the inspector talking about my car then we go inside the inspector gives the lady at the front desk the keys and said he was finished. I sat there waiting for my rental car then left called my claims specialist to tell her about what they told me and she said they told her for me to bring the car in not only for know estimate. So I told her about how another person walk in and he wasnt told what they said to me so she called them to find out what happened. It was miscommunication between the company and my specialist. Now I go to pick up my car it wont start so they said it could be the battery for sitting. They jump the car now its working. Now I noticed on the passenger side there is a bent by the handle. Im calling the 2 ******** my car was at to find out what happened to the passenger side door. They told me thats how I dropped my car off and the got pictures and of it and put it in with the estimate. I told them my car was not like that when I left it what happened to my car. So come to find out they pulled my car around back took pictures sent them to my insurance company and there other company in **** and said I been had that dent so they only fix one side of my car. I still cant believe they did these to my car. Then the General Manager ***** called me and said they got pictures they took I told him when I dropped my car off it wasnt like the and me and the inspector walked around the car and it wasnt know bent. He said it was he got pictures so What you want me to do. I cant believe this and they made sure they cover it up Falsifying paperwork and pictures Unbelievable.
