Hearing® offers hearing aids that are programmed to each customer’s individual
hearing profile. Customers have the option to pay outright, or to subscribe.
The monthly subscription includes the Lexie hearing aids, regular delivery of
batteries and other hearing aid accessories, insurance for breakages and
losses, and Lexie Care - unlimited, real-time video or voice support from a
hearing expert.
Customers
are able to set up and program their hearing aids from home with the Lexie App
that connects with their hearing aids via Bluetooth. The app also enables the
monitoring of battery levels, video calling with experts, as well as volume and
environment setting adjusting of hearing aids remotely.
