Hawaii's BBB has identified a pattern in consumer complaints. Complaints allege being charged double (or more) of quoted price over the phone, and being given a hand written receipt with no company information on the receipt. Complaints also allege that significant damage has been done to the doors & door jams of the lock(s) needing opening, and question the qualification of the technicians. On 11/26/13, Hawaii's BBB advised the business about the identified pattern, and asked about the business's plan to address the root cause of the identified pattern. However, the business did not respond.
