Consumer complaints allege they were attempting to contact HP for printer installation support, however they found this company was not affiliated with HP. Complaints further allege after allowing the business remote access into their computer to install the printer, they found out there was malware left on their computer from the service and they were charged $199 for the service.
In July 2020, BBB contacted the business in order to obtain their position on the pattern of complaints. BBB has not received a response to date.
