- Additional Info:We ship orders out after 3 business days, which does not include Weekends because they are not business days. Afterwards, it may take
5-6 days for delivery through the shipping company (FedEx Ground, UPS, USPS), especially if the order is going to the East coast as we are located in the west coast. Again, weekends are not included as business days when the order is enroute.
If an order is placed late Friday afternoon, it is considered placed Monday as weekends are not business days. Third business day to ship (According to our shipping policy) would fall on a Thursday. Yes, on the calendar it looks like a week has passed but it is still 3 business days. If an order is placed on the Friday before a major holiday, (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years), Third business day would fall after that holiday weekend.
All customers receive tracking information as all emails are inputed in the shipping form when items are shipped. Emails used are the emails provided to us through the original order online. Check your spam, bulk, and/or junk folders, or have your email set to accept notifications from (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Once again, All customers receive tracking information when orders are shipped.
