- "Featured in" "Vice," "TNW," "EDMTunes," and "1001TL"

The business also advertises testimonials and/or endorsements. For example, the company advertises the following:
- ""eMastered has become an essential element in my music making process. Simple, fast and most importantly, incredible quality. This will become a standard for anyone making music."

BBB also noted that the company advertises a product or service that includes an offer to sell or provide consumers with additional goods or services under a negative option feature.

As of July 2, 2020, the business has failed to respond to our request for substantiation, modification, or discontinuation of the advertised claims.

On June 9 2020, your Better Business Bureau investigation eMastered LLC's business practices. When reviewing consumers' experiences, we noticed a pattern of complaints. Specifically, consumers allege having charges automatically withdrawn from their bank accounts on a monthly basis. Consumers also allege having difficulty cancelling their accounts online or when attempting to cancel by phone .On June 9 & 23, 2020 the BBB contacted the company in regards to our concerns about the amount and the pattern of complaints we have received. Unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.
