      This is a website that almost no one visits unless they've had a problem, or have been mistreated in business; but this isn't that kind of review. In fact, in my entire life, this is the only company for which I felt compelled to reach out and show my incredible gratitude. This company has continued to exceed my expectations, and has earned my trust and loyalty, and I've been a **** user for almost a decade. Every organization will occasionally have something occur if they've got more than one moving part involved, but not every organization will actually take the time to make sure that the problem is not only taken care of but that you feel heard. Normally, if there's some problem with some site and I have to reach out to support; it's accompanied with a feeling of dread. With ****, if there happens to be an error, I don't even really break a sweat; because in the few times that I've had to reach out to them, they have showed me industry-leading support, kindness, patience, and an investment in making sure that whatever has brought me to the line is resolved as quickly as possible. They have the best platform for sellers, connecting you with a community across the globe that has our same interest, and giving us our place where we can not only earn a serious income, but can also find almost anything you can desire. When something goes wrong; ****, Inc makes it right. I will admit that I had a moment of Doubt earlier when there were some issues with my payouts. I feel almost ashamed for having doubted for a moment that this would turn out to be yet another experience where **** has absolutely blown my expectations out of the water, solving my problem, pointing out some great new features that I hadn't even noticed, and doing it with the kind of Rapport and customer support that you almost never see these days. They don't just ignore you, or stick you in some artificially intelligent Echo chamber; they give you a live person if you want one, sometimes almost instantly whether you wanted text through a chat box, or whether you'd like them to give you a call. Especially with the bigger companies these days, that has become a rarity. They offer discounts on shipping that save tons of money, more options to satisfy your preference, and for those of us who want to know whether or not we are getting a great deal on an item we happen across someday; they have the recently sold list which is a great tool to get an average price for what an item is selling for. You can find things that are incredibly rare or, or get the latest big item delivered at your door within days. This platform continues to impress year after year and even seven years later I feel like signing up for an account was one of the best decisions I ever made. This being a year which has tested, damage, or out right destroyed my trust in certain companies, **** once again comes in clutch delivering unparalleled customer service and Seller Support. I recognize that some have complained about the fees, but for all the value you are getting when you make a purchase through ****, it is truly a bargain. While I hope never to have to edit this, **** is currently my most trusted online retailer, and one of the very few that I feel not only comfortable giving my full recommendation, but I feel proud of being a part of for going on a decade. Most corporations, especially now, look at customers as nothing more than data to be mined, Pockets to be looted, and ********** to be ignored. **** gets it right on so many levels. I would honestly be a character witness under oath for these guys, that's how serious I am about how well they treat their customers. I believe in them, and I am not one to give unjust criticism nor unearned praise. This is sincerely one of the greatest organizations on the planet, and we're I not trying to get my own business off the ground, this is the exact type of company I would want to work for. I honestly couldn't say enough to fully Express how grateful I am to have at least one company nowadays that still seems to think that customers are to be treated like you want them to come back, not Pockets to pick and lawsuits to dodge. There are companies out there who would rather spend thousands of dollars hiring hackers to commit felonies against you just to protect themselves against a just lawsuit rather than simply do the right thing. In stark contrast, **** cements loyalty for Life by taking responsibility anytime there was a hiccup from their end, and takes the time to really break it down and help you whenever there is a problem somewhere along the distribution line that isn't even their responsibility. They're not just doing what they need to do to cover their butts, they're not just doing the bare minimum to get your dollar, they have gone consistently above and beyond to make sure that this is some company that I feel absolutely thrilled to do another 10 years of business with. This is the company you invest in. This is the type of business you align with. These are the people who I would defend against any claim. In the age of corruption and cyber abuse, **** almost feels like the final Bastion of the old school mentality of taking care of the people who have supported you. There are companies that I have supported for decades that seemingly went out of their way this year to do everything wrong. I'm not sure if the goal was to force me to sue them, or to make sure that I never gave them another dime, but those are companies that aren't even worth mentioning, let alone worthy of any sort of praise. Companies that I've always recommended, respected, or even admired have acted more like an organized gang of bullies rather than admitting fault, or trying to deescalate or resolve. Those are companies I will issue warnings against any time anyone ever asks about them, because I genuinely feel present a danger and should be avoided at all costs. That is not how you show that you value a customer, and certainly how you destroy loyalty or trust. **** in my opinion is not only the best online retailer, but is the best bet and long-term investing. Some groups may have a higher margin, but ultimately represent too much risk to be a solid investment for me, because unethical practices to earn a few extra dollars ultimately leads to collapse. Even looking through some of these ********** it seems that it's largely things that had nothing specifically to do with **** but rather processes that were completely out of their control, or ended up being resolved by them once given the chance to do so. If you're here to make a complaint about this company, stop for a moment and think about what it was that went wrong, and whether or not that was actually an **** issue, or maybe a problem with shipping, or something else completely unpredictable. I wouldn't be here taking the time to leave this review if I didn't believe that these guys were worth your money worth your time and wouldn't simply steal from you because they know that they can get away with it. There's a serious problem going on in California, and while **** may have an office out there they have never shown even the slightest indication to me that they are of similar ilk. Not even just this year, but thinking back years, consistently they have done a marvelous job and innovating, improving, and in building a platform that continues to connect the globe to a Commerce super source that cannot be beaten. I only wish that I could give more than five stars to try to offshoot some of these silly ********** about individual users or things that were out of their hands. While I hope that I never have to edit this review, I feel absolutely zero hesitation in telling anyone who asks the exact same thing. **** is quality, and they treat you like a person. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be here and to talk about how awesome they are. This year has left me thinking that ultimately there are no good companies, only greedy ones that haven't been exposed yet. **** restores my faith in the possibility. I am completely serious when I say that when you look deeply enough through the ********** listed on many many different profiles here on this site, you may well discover some disturbing trends. If you're thinking of hosting an online store, thinking of spending some money on an item that you want to make sure it's authentic, or if you were thinking about buying stock in a company that you can count on not to become another Enron, this is the company you're looking for.
