On January 26, 2023, BBB Serving Los Angeles and Silicon Valley requested that the company substantiate, modify, or discontinue claims advertised on the company's website, https://t-spaces.com. The company advertises “Sale.” The company also advertises the following Warranties or Guarantee claims:
-“Money-Back Guarantee: If your items arrive damaged or become defective within 30 days of normal usage, we will gladly issue out a replacement or refund.”
While the business advertises a Money Back Guarantee for 30 days, BBB noticed that the business’ return policy states: “We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.”
