            I ordered a hair straightener for the first time, everything seemed great until I went to check my shipping and it says delivered to a completely different state then I live in, I never got my product and seeing all The reviews now I should have never bought anything from them! They are a awful Business, not organized at all. Hou can't even call them to get it resolved you have to send an email that takes them 3 to 5 days to respond which is a joke! Lost my Money and no product or anything! Never will buy from them again!

            Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We show you reached out to us on December 6th. On December 8th we were able to confirm there was a mix up with the carrier and that your package was shipped and delivered to an incorrect address. At that time, we offered a courtesy reshipment to be sent out to you free of charge which also included a tool upgrade. The replacement order is currently processing and you should receive tracking information to your email within the next 3-5 business days. We again apologize for the inconvenience caused by this.
