On November 16, 2022, the business entered into a Stipulated Order with the Federal Trade Commission. The Order settles allegations that the business made claims about how much money buyers could earn in their programs without required proof; that the business failed to give buyers the required disclosure document and earnings claim statements that give important details about the opportunity; and, that the business used manipulation, threats, and intimidation to discourage buyers from publishing their honest opinions about the programs. Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to pay a monetary judgment of $2.6 million, stop making earnings claims without evidence, and stop discouraging buyers from sharing their honest opinions about our programs. The Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
