In February 2024, BBB started to receive complaints from consumers that responded to ads from Polideal on Facebook and Instagram. Consumers purchased items from Polideal that received a confirmation email, but never any further email updates. None of the complainants received the items ordered. Consumers have been unable to contact the company.
BBB found the information the company had listed on their website to not be real. The phone number, 856-834-9607, was a New Jersey area code and only rang with no voicemail. The listed email address, support@polidal.com was invalid. The business address listed, 12 N Kelly Dr., Webster Springs, WV was an unknown location. A second address of 1455 Kelly Dr., Webster Springs, WV was also an unknown location per Melissa Data. Whois.com shows the website domain was just registered on January 16, 2024 and as of April 24, 2024, the website is no longer active.
