On May 3, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business failed to ensure that their registered unlicensed plumbers performing plumbing work on behalf of the business were properly supervised by a licensed journeyworker or master plumber, in violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.47, subd. 1(b) (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure that registered unlicensed plumbers are properly supervised by properly licensed journeyworker or master plumbers and pay $500.00 of a $2500.00 fine with the balance stayed on the condition of no further violations of any law, rule or Order by DLI.
