Refund and Exchange Policy

Return Information
Bravo Company USA, Inc. offers a 30 day return, refund and exchangepolicy. You must contact (email or phone) Bravo Company USA, Inc. priorto any return, refund, or exchange to receive a RMA number. Please donot ship any returns to us without an RMA number as this could resultin significant delays to your return. All returns must include theoriginal receipt and invoice, along with the billing address, shippingaddress, contact phone numbers, contact emails, and RMA number. Returns,refunds, and exchanges will take up to two weeks, not including transittimes.

Items that are unused and in the original sealed packaging can bereturned subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the packaging has beenopened or damaged on the unused product, the product can be returnedsubject to a 25% restocking fee. The return must include accessories,manuals, documentation, and registration that were shipped with theproduct. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject torefunds. Products that are not subject to returns are custom configuredproducts, used products, special orders, "Sale Items" and products sold"as is" or "used".

If you wish to exchange the unused, uninstalled, and unopeneditems, you will receive an in store credit for the returned products.The in store credit will be issued via email and can be applied towardfuture purchases. In store credits are not subject to restockingcharges.

It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier thatoffers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. BravoCompany USA, Inc. cannot be responsible for any packages that are lostwhile being shipped to us. Please note that the USPS Priority Mail doesnot offer tracking capabilities on packages, and they will only initiatea trace on packages after a 30 day waiting period.
