Specifically, Real Estate Market Leaders claims: "In fact, you will not find another Real Estate Company in Tri-Cities that offers the same deals that Brandon Patton can offer you when you decide to buy or sell a home".
Advertisements should be truthful, sincere offers to sell. Advertisers have a responsibility to have substantiation for all claims made and should be able to provide that substantiation upon request. Deceptively or falsely disparaging advertising of a competitor’s products or services must not be used. Comparisons should fairly reflect all aspects of the products or services equally.
A formal written request to substantiate these claims has been emailed and mailed to Real Estate Market Leaders on March 23, 2022. As of April 22, 2022. There has been no response from Real Estate Market Leader.
