When using the phrase “Made in the USA” in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously substantiate that all or virtually all of the product is made in the U.S. The product should contain no foreign content.
Despite written requests, as of August 25, 2020 Advanced Mobile Notary has not responded to BBB’s request for revisions and clarification in its advertising.
