Consumers allege they order and pay for products from Magical Alley Master Wandmakers, and after several weeks and months they have not received their products. Consumers claim they have attempted to contact the company via email and by telephone, but the business is unresponsive to requests for assistance.
On October 21, 2020, and November 9, 2020, Better Business Bureau reached out to the business to respond to the customer complaints, however, as of November 19, 2020, the business has not responded.
