On Nov 10, 2020, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding billing/collections, customer service, and service issues. Consumers allege the business is inconsistent on billing statements by increasing service fees each month. There have also been reports of consumers being charged for equipment that was not supplied by the business and for equipment that was returned to the business after the cancellation of services. Consumers further allege they are unable to easily reach the business for service inquiries, billing questions, or cancellation requests. Outside of experiencing long hold times, consumers do not receive promised call backs from management when their calls have been escalated. Also, consumers find it hard to cancel their service because of not being able to reach a representative at the business. Complainants state that internet service goes out multiple times a day without any explanation from the business for the interruption.
On November 17, 2020, BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern. To date, the company has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern.
