Unopened Merchandise and Opened, As-New Merchandise
Any merchandise for which the original packaging is unopened may bereturned to BatteryMart.com within 45 days if accompanied by a ReturnAuthorization Number. Return shipping and related costs are theresponsibility of the customer. The purchase price, excluding originaland return shipping charges will be refunded. Returns may be subject to a20% restocking fee on special order items.
Products for which the original packaging has been opened may bereturned to BatteryMart.com within 45 days if accompanied by a ReturnAuthorization Number. Opened merchandise must be returned in as-newcondition, including the original box and all other original packaging,manuals and accessories. Fees imposed to us by our supplier to replacepackaging, hardware, or printed materials will be deducted from therefund amount. Return shipping and related costs are the responsibilityof the customer.
Defective Merchandise
For any product purchased from BatteryMart.com to be determineddefective it must be returned to BatteryMart.com or the manufacturer andaccompanied by a Return Authorization Number within the specifiedwarranty period and terms. Product warranty begins on the date ofpurchase. BatteryMart.com is not responsible for return shipping chargespast the first 45 days.
BatteryMart.com does not do advance warranties. Batteries received ina discharge state must be charged before we can properly test andevaluate. Products found to be defective from original workmanship willbe replaced or credited, at customer request. Products found to benon-defective, will be returned at customer's expense.
Merchandise that has been Modified
Any modifications done to any merchandise voids the warranty.
Shipping Discrepancies
Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Shipments Damaged in Transit
Any item damaged in transit must be reported to BatteryMart.comwithin 5 business days of delivery. All original packaging must be heldwith damaged item.
How to Return Merchandise

If a requested return is within the categories above, our customerservice representatives will issue a Return Authorization Number andprovide further instructions for returning the product. The ReturnAuthorization Number must be included on the outside of the returnpackage.
Please pack the product(s) to be returned tightly and with adequateprotection. Be certain to get a tracking number from your shipper so youcan monitor your package in transit.
