Johnson in violation of not filing building permits before commencement of work.
Groundworks doing business as Innovative Basement Authority was fined $2,000 with this fine being placed on hold provided that the company does not violate the terms of the Consent Order. Upon violation of this Consent Order, the fines and any penalties will become due and payable.
