According to the State of Minnesota, Commissioner of Labor and Industry a Consent Order was signed into action on September 7, 2022 between their office and Groundworks doing business as Innovative Basement Authority and Keith C. Johnson in violation of not filing building permits before commencement of work.
Groundworks doing business as Innovative Basement Authority was fined $2,000 with this fine being placed on hold provided that the company does not violate the terms of the Consent Order. Upon violation of this Consent Order, the fines and any penalties will become due and payable.
