According to the Virginia State Department Social Services Compliance History for L and E Bright Future Child Day Center the company has violations beginning July 18, 2017 through January 17, 2019. These violations allege among other things:

- Failure to ensure that all components were included in the emergency preparedness plan,
- Failure to ensure all areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside were maintained in a safe condition,
- Failure to ensure that children's records contain additional documentation of immunization once every 6 months for children under the age of two years,
- Failure to ensure children are regularly in ongoing mixed age groups,
- Failure to ensure that each cot has a top and bottom cover or a one piece cover that that is open on three edges and each child has an individual crib for resting or napping,
- Failure to ensure that staff sit with children during meal time, and
- Failure to ensure that staff records include all required information/documentation and training.

According to Social Services compliance history, as of the date of this Business Profile all of the above violations have been corrected.
