We strive to represent the artworks online as accurately as possible. Please request additional photos or a video if you'd like to see more details about the artworks before purchasing. Custom commissions are a result of our conversations about your proposed piece of art. In most cases, the artist can make small revisions to your custom piece to ensure you are completely happy with your commissioned artwork. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, So Wise Co. will refund 90% of your purchase price upon return of the artwork and a full inspection by Sonja of the artwork to ensure that it is unaltered or undamaged. Shipping fees are not refundable.
In the event of a refund, you the client must surrender all artwork, concepts, intellectual property and materials that belong to So Wise Co. and Sonja Petersen, Artist, according to our agreed upon contract.
