            According to BBB information, The Bradley Group Representatives acts as a closing agent for the transfer of timeshares and has worked directly with Rockwall Property Management located in Pittsburgh, PA. In one case, a customer claims they were supposed to close at the end of November; however, the arrangement has not finalized as of today. BBB sent mail to the address listed on the business's website; however, mail has been returned. BBB then checked the status of the company's time-share reseller's license with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations and has been unable to locate their license. BBB wrote to the business on December 29, 2016 and January 9, 2017 requesting information related to their company, but has not received their reply.
