A Better Business Bureau investigation revealed that Integrity Coating Consultants does not have a current 2023 business license according to the Commissioner of Revenue for Norfolk, Virginia. An Internet search of the company, principal, and address revealed no adverse information on the company nor principal. A viral search of the address on file with BBB revealed it to be a private residence.

According to the company’s website they provide full service industrial coating, consulting, inspection, surface preparation and application. On their website they are displaying an address that has been revealed to be a private residence that Integrity Coating Consultants is using as their business address. Upon further investigation of this address, it was revealed that the company is not at this address and the property owners are not affiliated with the company. A Google search revealed a different address for the company.
On July 27, 2023 BBB sent a letter to the company using the new address found through a Google search, requesting basic information such as, principals, current address, business start date, nature of business. The company did not respond to BBB’s request for basic information. On September 21, 2023 BBB sent an investigation letter to the company requesting the same basic information along with requesting marketing materials and current licensure.
As of the date of this Business Profile, the company has not responded to this BBB’s request for basic information, marketing materials and copies of licensure.
