About

Important information

  • Additional Info:
According to information supplied by Tezcom, "We are making you aware of unknown fake cold calls, As we have been getting these kind of complaints from few of our customers recently. If you get any call from someone who claims to be a Tezcom tech support person, Please hang up and call us at our toll free number and land line numbers yourself to verify. A caller who creates a sense of urgency or uses high-pressure tactics is probably a scam artist.
Even if you get a Call saying ""Tezcom"" that is our company is out of business or shutting down there is no such thing we are very much on our
business please, Hang up the call and give us a call back on our Phone numbers to verify whether we have called you or not.

Keep these other Tips in mind:

-Don't give control of your computer to a third party who calls you out of the blue.
-Do not rely on caller ID alone to authenticate a caller.
-They may appear to be calling from a legitimate company or a local number, when they are not even in the same country as you.
-Never provide your credit card or financial information to someone who calls and claims to be from Tezcom PC Care.

If a caller pressures you to buy a computer security product or says there is a subscription fee associated with the call, hang up. If you are concerned about your computer, call us directly and ask for help.

Never give your password on the phone. No legitimate organisation calls you and asks for your password or financial information over the phone.

Always remember,if you receive any call with regards to your computer, its a SCAM call and someone is trying to con you into paying money or trying to get your card/bank account details. Never ever entertain any call you receive with regards to your computer or peripherals.
