A & S Towing was first brought to the attention of the Better Business Bureau on August 15, 2018. A Better Business Bureau investigation revealed the company has a current business license according to the Commissioner of Revenue for Hampton, Virginia, and is listed as being Inactive with the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) website. An Internet search of the company, principal, and address revealed no adverse information on the company nor principal. A viral search of the address on file with the BBB was revealed to be a private residence. The company has had no reports posted to the BBB’s ScamTracker page: https://www.bbb.org/scamtracker/us.
According to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice A & S Towing is not registered with their office as required by law for all tow truck companies.
On March 27, 2024 an investigation letter was sent to company by email regarding their lack of registration. As of the date of this Business Profile, the company has not responded to our investigation letter nor has the email been returned as “Undeliverable.”
